It is a long and exciting  journey to discover them all.The flavors are deep and amazing and magic of spices reveal not the fiery heat as it is usually looked upon, but a way to arouse your senses. Come along with me as we explore the cuisine and also amalgamate – all from a homely kitchen built with love and stories.

ABOUT ME

I 'm Poulami, a MBA Graduate & Global Business Developer(IT) by profession but a Cooking lover by heart.My world Starts with cooking,goes through my kitchen as cooking is the only stress buster I know of .I was born and grew up in a small town of East India called Balurghat ,West Bengal.Finished my Schooling and Came to Chennai,Tamil Nadu for my higher studies.Its been now seven years now i became a chennaiate.Three things made me a good cook  that I am today.. circumstances, no help and hunger of north indian food in south!!
           One day when my list of bookmarked recipes became so long that I was not able to find that recipe for Pizza Chat, I knew I had to organize! That's what I did. I started writing down what I had tried and tasted and slowly the list grew and it gave birth to Bindaas Chef. With the help of Bindaas Chef I planned to try and make Indian cooking a little more approachable for everyone.On this note i would definitely like to thank my best friend Tandra who stays with me and tastes all my cooking stuffs and gives mostly good reviews about my cooking which gave me a strength  to pen-down my recipes in a blog called  Bindaas Chef.
