“Bright sunrise” - Breakfast drink.Though could be consumed at any time of the day but i generally prepare it in morning as a glass of Bright Sunrise contains Pinaapple and Orange and pineapple is an excellent source of manganese (76% Daily Value (DV) in a one cup serving) and vitamin C (131% DV per cup serving) while Orange, as with most citrus fruits, are a great source of vitamin C. So, A bread toast with a glass full of bright sunrise makes my day.....
Bright Sunrise
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of rose syrup
- 5 tablespoons of pineapple juice
- 4 tablespoons of orange juice
- 2 tablespoons of crushed ice
- 7 up
- 1 Slice of Pineapple or Orange
Method:
- In a glass pour the rose syrup.
- Add ice.
- Pour the pineapple juice.
- Pour Orange juice.
- Add about ½ cup of 7 up or enough to fill the glass.
- Gently stir loosen the rose syrup at the bottom.
- Garnish with an orange or pineapple slice on the rim.
