Bright Sunrise


Bright sunrise” - Breakfast drink.Though could be consumed at any time of the day but i generally prepare it in morning as a glass of Bright Sunrise contains Pinaapple and Orange and pineapple is an excellent source of manganese (76% Daily Value (DV) in a one cup serving) and vitamin C (131% DV per cup serving) while Orange, as with most citrus fruits, are a great source of vitamin C. So, A bread toast with a glass full of bright sunrise makes my day.....


Bright Sunrise

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of rose syrup
  • 5 tablespoons of pineapple juice
  • 4 tablespoons of orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons of crushed ice
  • 7 up
  • 1 Slice of Pineapple or Orange

Method:

  • In a glass pour the rose syrup.
  • Add ice.
  • Pour the pineapple juice.
  • Pour Orange juice.
  • Add about ½ cup of 7 up or enough to fill the glass.
  • Gently stir loosen the rose syrup at the bottom.
  • Garnish with an orange or pineapple slice on the rim.
