Mango Shake


King of all fruits is Mango.This summer i am just trying to use mango in most my preparations to the fulliest....So, lets begin with Mango shake.And i' m sure that most of you know that the fruit pulp is high in prebiotic dietary fiber, vitamin C, diverse polyphenols and provitamin A carotenoids.



Mango Shake


Ingrdients:

  • Mango 1
  • Yogurt :1 Cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Green cardamom powder: a pinch

Method:

  • Wash, peel, remove seed from mango and make a puree of its flesh in a mixer. Transfer into a bowl.
  • In the same mixer blend yogurt, sugar and ice cubes for a minute.
  • Add mango puree and blend for half a minute on minimum speed.
  • Garnish with saffron strands and serve chilled.
