King
of all fruits is Mango.This summer i am just trying to use mango in
most my preparations to the fulliest....So, lets begin with Mango
shake.And i' m sure that most of you know that the
fruit pulp is high in prebiotic dietary fiber, vitamin C, diverse
polyphenols and provitamin A carotenoids.
Mango Shake
Ingrdients:
- Mango 1
- Yogurt :1 Cup
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Green cardamom powder: a pinch
Method:
- In the same mixer blend yogurt, sugar and ice cubes for a minute.
- Add mango puree and blend for half a minute on minimum speed.
- Garnish with saffron strands and serve chilled.
